Shipping Policy

Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days to ship your order and does not include time in-transit. Day 1 starts the day after your order is placed. You will receive you tracking number via email.

Returns

Thank you for your purchase with us at Scent Therappe. While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution if you have any issue with your order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of cosmetics. Cancellations, refunds, and changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been shipped due to the nature of the product.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Products

If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us scent.therappe@gmail.com. Please submit a photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
